A wholesome family movement day at Mt. Tabor: bike in with the dino herd, run or walk a loop (or three), then unwind with dino yoga and an aerial jam.

Great for kiddos, strollers, first-timers, and anyone here for the vibes.

Volunteer for a 90-minute shift

Most roles are simple: stand at a turn, cheer, and help people stay on route.
