Tips go directly to the aerial performers. This is separate from charitable donations.
PDX Dino Run is independently organized and not sponsored by or affiliated with OMSI or Echo Theatre unless explicitly stated.
Peer fundraising
Ask friends to pledge per loop (or give a flat amount). It adds up fast.
1 loop, 2 loops, or 3 loops.
Text 10 people. That's the whole trick.
Snap a victory photo. Collect dino glory.
Hi! I'm doing PDX Dino Run to support kids' programs. Would you pledge $5 per loop (I'm aiming for 3 loops) or donate any amount to OMSI or Echo Theatre?
Fundraising dinos may earn a special patch or sticker.
Stand at a key turn, cheer dinos, point the way.
Help people get oriented and answer questions.
Place signs, tidy up, leave the park pristine.
Bring up the rear so nobody finishes alone.
Questions
Nope. It is a fun run/walk. Move at your pace. High-fives are the only competitive element.
One email when the date is set (and one the week before). That's it.
